Hello,

My name is Kinyada M. Frazier I am a wholesaler in Northern New Jersey. I started my career in 2003 working as a Office Assistant for a Investment Firm. I started scouting properties without owning a car, I walked a targeted neighborhood distributing self made "We Buy Houses" flyers door-to-door. Three months later I finally got a lead. A phone call that a woman wanted to sale a pretty good property in Newark New Jersey because she and her husband wanted to liquidate their assets. At this time I didn't know anything about wholesaling or shall I say how to assign a contract, sell a llc, or transactional funding. I didnt know anything about taking control by contracting on the property. I immediately called the two Investors and both was on each end of the telephone line saying dont tell anyone else. I was so nervous and excited at the same time, lol. I eventually gave the info about the deal to the investor that I worked for and she contracted with the couple the same day I made a $5k commission after closing which was generous for a finders fee. This was before online marketing and bandit sign popularity...Just pure hustle and desire to succeed.

I currently have a website, facebook page and other networking platforms that I market on. Im not a newbie im just new to Bigger Pockets and I look forwad to continue learning and making great connections with  industry professionals here.
