@Jessie Griffin A lot of people also recommend Quest. I will compare them later when I finished school for this semester. Here is the link.

Hi everyone,

I am new to real estate investing, but ready to invest. I am wondering if anyone can share the experience with tax deed sale and REO auction? As well as which is more profitable?

Thanks!

Thank you everyone input. It seems like Quest wins by majority vote.

@Rick Pozos I have not purchase anything yet. In fact, I just put $5,500 into Roth IRA recently. I will have $20,000 in my 401K account by the end of this year. I don't have a side business or a proposal for one. How would you approach if you are me? Should I just use that 5,500 to invest in ETF or Vanguard 500? Then next year when it becomes $11,000+, set up a SD Roth IRA for tax lien? As for the current moment, use the cash that is not in the 401K or IRA to invest in tax lien?

@kyler j. For tax sale auction, can I attend for free? Do I still have to register? I just want to observe and get experience on the process.

Lumi Ispas you can send me properties too

@Elbert D. Hi Elbert,

I am planning to purchase my first property. I plan to BRRRR. It would be great if you can provide me some guidance on Indy to get better rental investment. I only know of turnkey company like Morris Invest and tax deed sales.

For California, the housing is not worth for me to invest because I cannot attain the 2% rent-to-price ratio per month. I graduated during the wrong time and now have to invest with premium payment.

Thanks once again!

@Account Closed Do you mind sharing what fund is that? Can I use 401K (not Solo 401K) to invest in that fund? How's that compare to REIT trust?
