Thank you @ Brenden. My agent pulled up comparisons for me for the ARV. Rehab will be around 20,000- 25,000. Year built is 1974. I'll be holding it as a rental.

@ Rachel. The mobile house is bank owned and is going to be auctioned. The current price is 32,000 asking . ARV around 70,000.

I know it’s a good deal even with rehab I just wanted to know if it’s a good idea to buy a single mobile home?

Good evening,

I am looking at a single mobile home placed in an okay subdivision. However it is very close to above average schools, walking distance from town , church, bank, and fast food places. The price is also very right. Will need rehab though.

Anybody who invests in mobile homes is it a good idea?

Thanks in advance.

@Adam Daneff I did not. I found out that the lease extended till end of 2021 and I did not feel comfortable  going in without any kind of proper paperwork

Hello,

I work with 2 out of state partners. Banks are being very resistant to provide loans with 3 partners. Has any one else experienced the same problem? If yes..... have you figured out a way to make banks work with you?

Thanks

Thank you @ Stewart Beal. I see you are an investor from Ann Arbor. Do you know of a good lawyer around Kalamazoo, Michigan area?

Thank you @ Nathan G.
