Hello,

I am looking for a lawyer near Kalamazoo Michigan to transfer my rental properties to LLC. And also for any legal advice in future when working with business partners.

I would prefer someone who takes some time to explain things in a language that can be understood by me who has not been in rental business for that long. Any recommendations?
