Hey I am in the area for the next few days visiting my wife family. I checked out 10 mins outside of downtown Phoenix and see some wonderful opportunities. Some areas are pretty good around 7th ave, Pima ave etc. found dome A to B to C properties.

Going to check out Glendale area also.

I am mostly looking for multi-families 2-6 units.

Any advise or help would be appreciated.

Maricopa is up and coming. Glendale is a little rough but north of the highway are good markets. Tempe might also be another good market.

@Terry Z.

Seems like a little conflict of interest. I would hold off on selling get a new property manager or do it yourself. Don’t take the lost so easy, you better fight your way out.

Is the property manager somehow involved with the sale?

I know there are nice rentals on the West side as well but I suggest you put your team together first and if I'm fortunate enough to be considered, I'd prefer if you stayed on the East

 Can you send me your listings!

DM me your listings if you have any. I am trying to get a feel of the market and which side of route 60 to stay on.

I am looking in Glendale, its older side of Arizona but there are some good C to B class houses.
