Hi, I'm looking to find an agent who speaks Korean and English. My parents are going to be heavily involved in the process of buying a SFH, but I also want them to learn from this experience. Any recommendations? Thank you!

Yeah that's what I'm assuming but wanted inputs from experienced investors.

I've done a few analysis and am trying to figure out if these are just plain bad deals or I'm imputing something wrong. I'm looking to purchase a SFH which will be occupied by my parents. They will pay mortgage and expenses that come with it. I won't be making money but I'm planning on leveraging that real estate for my future investment. Although I understand the analysis may not apply to this instance, I want to analyze as if I am renting this property to ensure I'm getting a good deal. Looking for recommendations, inputs, your thoughts. Thank you.

Thank you so much! I will check out that video as well! Looks like the houses just were not a good deal period.

Hello everyone, I am new to bigger pockets and after watching the webinar about how to start investing while having a full time job, I went and tried the bigger pockets analysis on the web page. Did two analysis for SFH and they both came out with over thousand dollars of negative cash flow. How important are the exact expense numbers for variable landlord paid expenses, fixed landlord paid expenses, and future assumptions? How do I get the correct or close to accurate future assumptions? Any help and insight would be appreciated!

Hi everyone, I'm Daniel and I currently reside in Yuma AZ. Due to my profession, military, I move around quiet a bit. I'm looking to start investing, maybe start off with a small multi family house and move up and eventually have self income producing assets to the point where I can be financially free. I joined bigger pockets after listening to the podcast for about a few months, I want to start getting serious and start my adventure. Hoping. To learn a lot through this bigger pocket platform and grow! Looking forward to applying everything I learn from here to actions and start my path to financial freedom and retiring by the age of 40, hopefully! Thank you!
