I did my first flip a year ago at 47 with 4 kids and a husband in a wheelchair with a degenerative neurological disease! You can do whatever you put your mind to. It's never too late. Be disciplined to save as much money as you can from your investments and have that delayed gratification. Go for it!

Hi Michael,

Yes, I sent them notice today and have been helped by the extraordinary generosity of Jeremy Tillotson here on BP to hand deliver a notice to them today. I've also connected with an attorney in the area so I'm ready to go if it proceeds past the 10 days.

We have a tenant who is not paying in Huntington, Indiana and we live across the Country. Does anyone know of someone who can help with the postings and process of eviction?
