I have a very specific case I need help with from an attorney with experience in Lease to Own with Option to Purchase contracts. The Birmingham area is preferred but anyone licensed in Alabama would be great!

I have 2 properties, one in Alabama and one in Georgia, that I leased to own to an investor a few years ago and had 7 years left on the contract. I just found out he turned around and leased to own them to someone else (unknown to me and without my approval).  I need someone to look over my contract and make sure he could not do that before I take the properties back.
