Florida Eviction and 3 Day notices
In Florida if you have served a 3 day notice.
If you have served the 3 day notice, does that notice expire. It’s been 28 days since I served it. With the holidays and weekends included can I still use it with the eviction complaint or do I have to serve a new 3 day notice
