Hi Investors! What effective ways do you use to collect rent? Has any of you used PayPal? I collected the earnest money from one my of tenant via PayPal and I found it really convenient. The money transfer from the tenant was instant and I can transfer the money to my checking account immediately. If you can share any experience on rent collection that would be appreciated. Thanks, Lee

@Nicole A. @Jeff B. @Ravi P.@Jim Adrian, Thank you all. After carefully considering your valuable advises, I have decided to rent to them. They have income 5 x rent and 800+ credit score. The dogs have a vet nurse to take care of and I reviewed the doctor's letter for the ESA needs. In addition, I got very good reference from their previous landlord. Now I am feeling pretty comfortable.

Hi Investors! Have you had any experience with tenants with well trained emotional support dogs? I have applicant with excellent credit and income and they have trained emotional support dogs. What's your experience with them if you have any tenants with similar situations? Thanks! Lee
