OMG I JUST DID MY FIRST COLD CALLS TODAY!!!

I'M SO EXCITED THAT I TOOK ACTIONON GETTING STARTED AND OVERCOMING MY FEAR AND I GOT RESULTS I ADDED 3 BUYER TO MY BUYERS LIST AND A LOT MORE TO CALL JUST HAD TO SHARE!!! I GOT THEIR CRITERIA ON WHAT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR IN PROPERTIES CANT WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN!!!!

PLEASE COMMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGEST ON THE NEXT STEP I SHOULD TAKE IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL.

I actually from Nashville ,TN I have a lot of friend in the Knoxville area so even though, I'm living in the Louisville KY area I see some networking opportunities if we cross paths.

That is a good point, , I was under the assumption that assignment contracts were the better options because its a smaller contract, and you don't have to put down any earnest money. However, I did just watch a vlog on youtube about this and clever investors stated if you are concerned about the seller or buyer knowing how much you making off the deal a double close would be the better option.

Thanks for the tips. I'm currently trying to build my connections up so this should help out greatly.
