Hey I've been reading a lot of the forums about different CRMs and LGS. I heard alot of great things about REIPRO &REALEFLOW, personally I haven't tried REALEFLOW but I really like REIPRO but my trial ended with them and I'm thinking about testing out LIONDESK as a CRM they seem like they have great marketing campaigns , has anyone esle tried them, if so do you think it would double as both a Lead generation software like REIPRO or should I use them together ?

I receive a list from my Mentor  of properties to try to sell and I've been struggling with this all month. I keep running into road blocks really discouraging at this point but determine to follow through and not give up. But how can a sell a property that everyone has seen or is in flood plains. Any suggestion will help, please and thanks.

(marketing advice, ways you handle this problem , anything will help)
