That is true. Most investors are refinancing early. We have a 30 day seasoning period and you can refi. We also offer our clients 75% ARV financing on rehab loans to cover the purchase and rehab 100% with no down payment. This allows investors to acquire the properties with little as 5% down which is ONLY closing costs and 2 months of mortgage prepayment. That is how investors are acquiring more doors per year.
