Thank you for your input I actually don’t know anything about the restaurant business but I don’t feel that is a place for me to turn and run I turn to this platform to learn as much as I could before stepping out with this venture someone on my team is well endowed with information and has ran a few bars of businesses her self and if you have any positive help I would greatly appreciate to hear the information thank you

@Joel Owens thank you for the advice no I don't have any Experience and bar ownership or restaurant business one of the members of the LLC has that explains my task if only to find a building either purchase a struggling bar or find a new location suitable for what we need to own

This is a new venture for me are usually only purchased three family homes and rent them out as rental properties and intrigued to learn more yes I am familiar with the show and has seen a few episodes though I don’t feel that I know enough yet to do something like that which is why I reached out on this platform to gain any information extra for what I’ve been reading

I recently have became the Custodian of two lot properties in Florida both going for 6,000 property value on Vacant land and 200,000 With a home on the land really would like to develop on the land I have the OK to build a one family home and would like to rent it out can anyone give me any advice on how to do this
