What is the extent of finishing ? Are they redirecting plumbing? I can check with some of my contacts for a quote how many sq ft ?

@Billy Holt I acutally dont live that far from roseville im in Harper Woods. I might have went over that property and had the same thoughts. I've seen a few duplex-triplex that looks interesting if you interested we could partner on multifamily make sure the numbers work good for the both of us.  Check for condos and small apartment building 6-8 units. You have the right idea how far in michigan are you looking to invest(location wise)? 

I wouldn't mind talking about potentially partnering on a project I have a few investment rentals in Detroit and surround communities I think that's great about the house hacking. Wish I used that method when I started

Hey I'm still in college in my 20s and invest in Michigan. If you start saving for future deals that would be good even consider house hacking for your first property. You could get down payment assistance since it's your first home. Maybe a duplex or triplex . Maybe mentor anaylzde deals for other n make commission if they buy

I was looking into Westland but don't have any properties in these areas.
