Hey local people from the Bellevue, Papillion, Omaha area. where do I go to register a business name? specifically an LLC

so I am in severe need of a mentor for not only investing but starting a business as well. I find my self in a difficult position of working too many hours for not enough money. The work may be satisfying but back breaking and it leaves little room to pursue my entrepreneurial endeavors. I will be taking time off work to attend Omaha's local reia meeting. Hopefully this will be a source of knowledge, inspiration, and maybe help.

Does anyone have a list of excellent, dependable contractors in the omaha, nebraska area?

I have found the Nebraska state specific laws, but are there city or county specific laws as well? 

Do tenants pay or is it included in rent*

Im curious what landlords in the Omaha / Bellevue area do for utilities? Is that seperate or included, and if included how much?

 That would be great, Im aiming to do my first deal in about 6 months and my best option is to house hack a multi unit. I found a deal that looked particularly great but I cant move on it till I have my project car done.

I want to keep working for a while but I dont want to have to work 60+ hours a week to make a living. I just want to build major cashflow so I can focus less on a job and more on a career in business.
