@Pamela Starnes  How did it go?  I flew out there a couple weeks ago looking for well located duplexes.  I was impressed to see the downtown area transitioning nicely.  Would love to compare notes.

Think of the legacy that you could leave by creating a prosperous real estate company.  All that money generated from your investments could be donated to a worthwhile cause further perpetuating a lasting legacy.  The more successful your business becomes the more your efforts could be shifted to find other ways to give.  Great people give back.

Well done and congratulations!  I love that you are quick on your feet and able to solve problems quickly.  I once heard that you will never go broke selling at a profit.  A quick $5k with little risk is a home run in my book.

Hello!  I have been lurking for some time now and wanted to say just how much I appreciate this forum.  I have been a commercial real estate agent since 1999 in Newport Beach, CA and have handled over 1,000 transactions from selling a college campus to leasing small industrial units.  

For my own account, I would love to buy more multi tenant industrial buildings and am interested in residential duplexes, triplexes and SFRs, mainly for long term hold.  I have underwritten about 30 properties since joining and have decided to hold a bit longer and see if the market cools down a bit.

Is anyone finding any good deals in and around Orange County, CA?  If so, how are you finding them?
