Out-of-area Memphis investors or potential Memphis investors ......I'll be in Memphis a few days this week checking out RE opportunities there.  If you need or want me to check out a Memphis property you might be contemplating I'd be happy to do a quick check of neighborhood, etc and give you my unbiased outsider opinion.  PM if you want to connect.
