Welcome. Read a couple of the BP books, attend the weekly webinars, and listen to the podcasts. Stick to your numbers and you'll be happy. I'm cash flowing a triplex with 2/3 units rented and @Patti Robertson is managing. She's an expert in the Hampton Roads area and will not lead you down the wrong path.
