My name is Kevin and I am 21 years old and currently active duty in the Navy. I am extremely passionate about real estate and I am looking to achieve financial freedom and wealth over a long period of time. I currently have a 2-year-old son who lives in Florida and I also want to give him the best life possible. I am getting into wholesaling now to build some capital but would like to eventually build enough capital to purchase rentals or also use the BRRRR method. I have used every free second I have to read, listen, and watch everything about real estate to expand my knowledge. I feel like I am getting "analysis paralysis" but I am finally starting to take some action.
