Hey @Kevin S Porter Sr, welcome to the community!

Do you have a specific market you are looking in? There are a lot of different routes you can choose on the financing side. Have you spoken to any lenders yet?

Reach out anytime if you want to dig more into the different financing options that are available for investors.

I tried to make contact with those you referred me to. I never received any response.

Buy a duplex with about 1800 22k in gross rent , net about 13k, simple, well you will need about 110kish

A duplex for $110k where and what condition lol

Fully rehabbed, rent ready in the Cleveland markets, 6- 8 tears ago, about 35- 50k,

Wow, here in Phoenix az i don't think you could get a studio apartment at that price.

Sure you could. You just have to know where to look, buy off maket using SubTo and selling using Lease Option getting 10% down and above market rents. Could probably do 3 with $100k bringing in $3,000 a month and utilizing depreciation and principal buy down on top of that. Just requires knowing the right way to invest, rather than following the crowd.

 Sounds feasible. Can we chat?

I have not heard from you.

A friend referred me to the Alabama market and maybe getting a property that I could turn into a halfway house. I need to make a certain income for retirement. Unless you know of a better market.

Can you assist me in that?

I need to earn at least $700.00 per month. A fund will supply that. But thank you for responding.

I have $100k to invest in a property. I have a BK and I am retiring this year. I need to get investment income. I am thinking a multi unit property. Any ideas of where I should look for financing? I can provide more information if necessary.

How is it working out for you?

I had to just file BK since I lost my savings in a prior deal 2 years ago. I have saved up about 10k and I want to learn the ropes of wholesaling and flipping. I see the market will become huge in the next couple months as I believe foreclosures will start up again. Looking to partner with someone or just learn and give 15% of the profits for your help.

I have read books, but I am a hands on learner.

Post: $10k investment in hand.

OK, so recently I asked for info on how to invest $1k and I received several responses stating I need at least $10k. Now I have the $10k to invest. What would be the best way to start investing. I need to build a business in real estate. I live in San Diego, CA. But I know that $10k wont do much here. Any positive advice (except buy books) is welcome.
