$10k investment in hand.
OK, so recently I asked for info on how to invest $1k and I received several responses stating I need at least $10k. Now I have the $10k to invest. What would be the best way to start investing. I need to build a business in real estate. I live in San Diego, CA. But I know that $10k wont do much here. Any positive advice (except buy books) is welcome.

@Kevin S Porter Sr you can use fha loan to do 3.5% down on a house hack and right now you can get potentially get the entire down payment covered by a grant
