Hoping someone could give me some insight on the market in Savannah Ga. I noticed that there is a number of muti-family's listed for sale. Would it be a wise investment? Do they rent well?

To all wholesalers and investors in the Atlanta Ga. Area. I have a 2500sqft brick home located in Fayetteville Ga. Whitewater School District. This home needs a full rehab! The house is currently in probate, which my wife and her brother will be the beneficiary. To no avail, I have made several offers which have been declined. The brother seems to think it is unfair for me to reap any rewards from the purchase. With that being said, I am stepping away from the madness. Please pm me if interested!!

I completely agree with Cindy. I am in the process of rehabbing a house in Fayetteville, Ga. (Whitewater school district.) ARV $230,000.00, Rehab $50,000.00 purchase price $135,000.00, I will be posting picks when complete. I would continue the negotiations, get him down to $105,000.00. There has to be a reason he would let it go for that price, before listing it.

Listen to the bigger pockets podcast, they will lead you in the right direction. Read and study everything you can, study your market. Stay away from those TV shows!!!!
