@Michael Magno most of them are torn down to the studs already but things like walls opened up, plumbing moved, kitchen remodel, drywall, flooring, garage torn down/rebuilt, deck removed/rebuilt, siding replaced, etc. Two properties are in 44303 and the other two are in zip code 44313. I close on them in about two weeks and would like to have them all completed in 4-6 months. Budget of $40k-$70k per property. Thank you!

I just put four houses under contract and all of them are going to need extensive rehab work. This is my first time having more than two projects going on at once so will not be able to rely on my local handyman team I use. Can anyone suggest a good local company that would be able to handle doing four properties/projects at once? Also, any advice on how to go about managing it/managing the GC so I am not losing my mind?? Thanks for any help/guidance BP!

I invest in the Akron area and have great success there. Pretty similar to cleveland, there are good pockets and bad ones. More than happy to help if you are considering the area!

@Camden Kelly did you net $105k from the refi? Or were there no closing costs associated with your refi since you did it with the bank you have all your other stuff? Thanks!

@Oscar Miguel I just recently got a line of credit through Key Bank and a local credit union here in Ohio. Key bank just checked credit and asked for my income. The local credit unions just required last two years of taxes. Like the others above mentioned, just call around to different banks/credit unions. I would not do a loan, only an unsecured line of credit that way you don’t have to make payments until you draw on the money. Make sure that is clear upfront when calling them. Not to mention when you pay it back you can reuse. Make sure to check how long the lines last as well, the local credit union line I got is only for three years opposed to the Key Bank one is for ten years. Hope that helps!

@Leo Koonan I currently live in the Akron area and have been in the area for many years now. I have multiple rentals in the city of Akron (Firestone Park) which I believe is a C to C+ market. I also have rentals in the suburbs (Hudson) which is a B to A- market. PM me if you ever need help or have questions about certain areas. Thanks
