Small Multi-family lending in Cleveland?

I'm looking for a lender/bank to finance a small multi-family purchase in Cleveland. 8 unit property in a good area that is stabilized and cash-flowing. It would probably be a $350k mortgage or so with a 75% LTV. I know that these types of small commercial deals are generally tougher to finance, but was curious if anyone knew of any banks/groups that could help out with these types of deals.
