Hi Guys,

i am looking at Akron OH  for buy and hold, as i see that there are some good C class real estate there with good returns.. Anyone knows that market? is it any good to invest into? Anyone with boots on the ground (local agents, contractors, PM/ title company etc) you can suggest (from your own experience of dealing with them) ?

I live in Akron, and I know the market fairly well. A word to the wise is be very careful when looking at Akron. I suggest getting someone on the ground that is familiar with the area and that can handle management.  The returns here but there are many questionable areas that you can fall into. Perhaps check out Twin Oaks Realty.
