Hi Keith ! Matt Faircloth is a great option in the area. He’s very active on the site, has podcasts, runs a management company and invests himself in Trenton. Good luck ! Kev

Hey BP!

I am wondering who has a handle on some of the key differences between residential and commercial financing options. Looking for something creative to offer on 5+ unit properties. Particularly interested to know if there are owner occupant options in the multi-family commercial space ...

Thanks!

Kev

Fred,

"Thumbtack" is an app I used on my first deal and have recommended to people where you can post what you need done and local people bid on the job. Might work well for what you are looking for!

Best of luck,

Kev

Yashar,

Curious to see the proposals leading you to believe this is coming sooner rather than later?

Anastasia,

Right next door in Bloomfield, NJ is a lawyer I just did a closing with today, Mr. Edward Seradzky. He's reasonable and will be sure you understand the process.

Ditto on reaching out to Matt, he works in the city and has an intimate knowledge base. I looked at Trenton for a while in terms of living and considered there myself, however the neighborhoods can change quickly. There are towns around Trenton such as Bordentown, Ewing. and Hamilton that are well worth looking into.

Newark is redeveloping quickly. I have family that owns property in the area and values are skyrocketing. Still good deals to be had, but developments going on in the downtown are fueling the surrounding areas, revitalization of older warehouses for luxury units, etc. We are looking at some potential buy and holds near Newark Penn.

Feel free to reach out if you have more questions

Hi Mike, I flipped a property recently in Monmouth county. Darren Sager is great too, but would love to add a carpenter to my network! I know the area well, have spent loads of time between Asbury park and Long Branch. Curious to know what towns you’re looking in.
