Hello, I have been calling the local banks around Indianapolis trying to get a line of credit secured by the value of 2 plots of land that I own. I have not had any luck as of yet, and I was just wondering has anyone done this before and if so what bank did they use? thanks in advance for your reply.

Hello BP, I herd of some banks here in Indianapolis that will bundle up about 5 mortgages into one big lone once you reach your limit of mortgages so you can continue to get new mortgages. Does anyone know the name of these banks, or other real estate investor friendly banks in Indianapolis. Also I would like to get a HELOC but instead of my home, I would like to get the line of credit on two plots of land that I own. Would a bank do that? Thanks in advance for any recommendations and advice.

Hello, there is a small group of duplexes for sale on the MLS that the owner wants to sell all together and the property has been for sale for about a year. I want to suggest a master lease option at a lower price. My question is do I go through the listing agent and if so will the listing agent only be compensated at the end of the lease when or if I purchase the properties? If so would the agent even want to suggest my proposal? Any advice on how to get this deal done is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Also I am not expecting this to be easy or even a smooth straight line to my goal. But what I have always had going for me is I am very determined and I keep going until I find a way. Set backs don’t stop me they just make me reevaluate and continue on to my goal.
