Go for Indianapolis

Giving advice on a deal when not all aspects are revealed is careless. There are many factors that need to be scrutinized. 

if you need to ask strangers that may or not really know what they are really talking about you may want to pass and determine if you really want to be an investor. 

We are in Indy and have been investing here for 15 years. Have sold over 1000 turn keys and have a full team here. We own all properties we rehab and sell to help others build a portfolio.

We only put vinyl plank in ours. Looks great, very durable and have not had to replace. Put in entire house. Our tenants and investors love it!!!
