Yess they have been passive but of course you will always have an issue sometime or another no matter what or where you buy. Pros have far out weighed the Cons. They have been minimal however. PM me if you would like to talk more. 

Indianaplis is a great market. Low entry price, high ROI, cash flow and great rental area.

I have been investing there for 15 years from Jersey.

Yes agree Indy is a great market. We can not keep enough inventory! Our own investments have been producing unbelievably for 15 years and the turn keys we sell we have a waiting list! Savvy investors are aware of the lucrative opportunities in Indianapolis.
