I go to mine also...I reaped the rewards at the last market crash. And got my meet ups also. Lots of scammers out there, they feast on newbies never give deposit....comical to hear them bag for it. I don't got money but man to beg like that...then I call them out, that's even better. Society lets money be the root of all evil. Choice...it makes life simpiler but doesn't Buy happiness. Its either cheap or expensive that's the choice it gives you, it doesn't come with choice of quality.

I was offered my first deal owner fiance. I'm broke so he gave me a BUILD TO SUIT, for my start up on a 1 1/4 acer lot on Camano Island Wa . Resort type island lots of vacation and retirement property's. I just dove in and posted. How do I need to approach this? I offered custom and custom spec DREAM HOME vacation home etc. I don't even have architect.
