@Salvatore Lentini I'm new to Real Estate, I'm interested in purchasing a 2-4 flat rental property with my VA Loan. I'd like the the beginning steps to have set on my end before even making an offer on a building or even before I go to the bank to get approved for a loan?

Hello I’m Kevin and I’m new to the app as well as Real Estate. I’ve recently returned home from deployment over seas and wanted to invest in rental properties in the Chicagoland area. I wanted to know if they’re any active investors in the area with experience that could help me with the process? I’m willing to learn any and everything that anyone has to offer, it would be much appreciated.
