I was curiuos if anyone is direct marketing to apartment owners and what kind of mailing piece are you using?...and any success stories?

I want to thank all of you who could make it last night. It was an amazing evening. And for those of you who couldn't show up, we are already planning the next one down South and also one up North. I will keep you all posted and hope to see you there.

Hey everyone,

So I started mailings last week and I got my first call today:) it went to my voicemail and the owner said thanks for the letter, but he is not selling at this time and that he would save my letter.

So do you think I should call him back? 

Also I think that I would check back periodically via phone or letter...any guidance would be awesome!!

Welcome to BP. There are two local REIA GROUPS here. REIAWA AND REAPS.... I belong to REIAWA and prefer it as there are no course being sold at the Classes. I do like the REAPS satellite meetings as the are strictly networking and question / answer sessions. I suggest you check them both out and don't forget to check on MEETUP.COM there are some quality small groups as well.
