Today I spent time on BP reading the UBG, some forum posts...asked a question and followed up on some previous questions I asked.

I also worked on Building cigar box guitars with my Uncle and watched the Seahawks come from nowhere to win and go to the Super Bowl! Go Hawks!!

And @Ben Leybovich , broth is not that hard, I could teach ya( cooking may be my unfair advantage at this point. Lol.

Great to see what others were doing and the wide range of activities

I think k I need to go figure out how to set up my signature.

Hey everyone,

Thanks for all the feedback. There is a lot of great advice to be had. I have decided to read them in the order I got them, I also found a copy of Wa real estate handbook that I'm going to read. Truth be told, I have purchased almost every book on the BP top 20. I have also just finished all the podcasts( now it's time for the 25hrs of BP summit2012:):)... Also join my local REIA and am volunteering to help set up for the meetings...Look out world!,!..here I come:)

Hey everyone, thanks for the feedback! of course I want to make money, but as a new investor, I would like to be able to bring something to the table for other investors, so I thought that one of those jobs would do that and I would learn a lot about properties in the process. @Victoria Winters , I will keep you in the loop, I sent you a colleague request. @Shawn Mcenteer , that's good to know and I'm leaning more to that side, although @Account Closed , property management is not a bad idea either, gonna look into that.

Hey everyone,

Currently I work for a plastic display company and have developed carpal tunnel and tendinitis in both hands due to continuous repetitive motion. I am going through the L and I process and have a work assessment appt this week. There is a very high chance they will deem me unable to continue this kind of work and then I will be eligible for retraining. I was wondering what may be a good field in real estate to get tained in. So far I have considered either home inspection or even appraisal. What are your thoughts or ideas?

Hello everyone,

I am a new wholesaler and I am getting ready to start my first mailing campaign. I have A Google voice number I am using for my business, but I'm not sure I like how it sounds when someone calls.....the "we are connecting you" to be exact.

I am on a tight startup aSo, my question is, should I port my number to a pay as you go phone or just roll with Google voice ?

Hi John, welcome to the Pacific Northwest. Wow, you sure have come a long way.. What made you decide on Washington?

I think you have airway background in construction and should be able to put that to great use.. ( your unfair advantage, as they say:). As far as the contractor license . It's easy to get here. All you need to do is get bonded and insured and go down and pay for the lisence. It's one of the easiest licenses to get in this state, which I find surprising.

As far as a team, you may want to introduce yourself to Patrick Britton. he is a RE Loan specialist and wholesaler up in Blaine. He may be able to help you a lot .

I'm down in Burien which is 15 south of Seattle by the airport, if you are ever in the area let me know.

See you around the site

Happy Holidays

Hello @Natalie Kolodij ...you say you changed your focus....do you mean that you are doing something besides wholesaling or you are targeting different leads. I am new to wholesaling and am looking for any guidance form other local wholesalers...
