Not only what Will said but she had a real issue that needed fixed.  The ungrounded circuit is not a safe situation especially in wet areas.

We typically call through a list multiple times then after our last call attempt we give them a text (not bulk texting).  Once we have called through the list we will mail at that time the remaining people that we haven't reached.  

(We do a few other things in between but that is basically it)  Mail can be spendy but it still works well.  So we try to minimize cost impacts of list marketing with calling first.

Deal machine is probably the best d4d app.  Or at least top 3.    But if you are trying to save money propstream has it built in so you can use propstream to pull your lists and drive 4 dollars.  They also skip trace for reasonable prices now although I don't use them for that.
