Post: Mobile home eviction in Oregon

We own a mobile home park next to our house. The issue is that one of the tenants moved out without telling us, and her on again off again boyfriend moved in. He is also on the lease, we haven't seen him in the 3 months we owned the property due to him not living there. So now we have this very undesirable guy living fairly close to us and we don't know how to legally get rid of him. A little background is the tenants own the mobiles giving an added layer of complexity to removing him. He keeps up on landscaping and isn't accumulating junk, but does have added amounts of traffick. He also acts really strange and makes the other tenants very nervous. He has been in and out of jail, but his lease was in place before we bought the property. Any help would be amazing. Thank you!

What are you guys currently using for criteria for long term rv/mobile homes? We have a mixed use park adjoining our home that is mixed with mobiles and rv pads. We are wanting to be very picky since they are so close to our home. We thought about doing short term, but my wife was concerned about having new people without background checks around our kids since they play outside and around that area all the time. Thank you for any input you may have.

@Daniel Denning hey I am looking at condos there too. I would be really interested in connecting and hearing how it's going and any advice in better locations and anything to avoid.

@Robert Smith hey Robert, I live in North Bend the neighboring city to coos bay. You may want to look in north bend instead. We are in closer proximity to the dunes, have lower taxes, and more desirable schools. Feel free to contact me if I can help in anyway.

@Theresa Frazier I'm sorry I never got a notification. I currently rent it for $1750 it's a 5 bed 3 bath. The most important thing is being on one level. The lease is one I bought off of the BP website.

@Rey Orinion hi sorry just seen this. I never got a notification. I currently rent it for $1750 a month. I will probably raise it at the next lease signing. It is a very standard lease. I actually purchased it off the BP website.
