Questions about LLC Structure.

I am a Buy and Hold investor that currently has 2 properties that are currently in my wife and I personal names. I am looking wanting to set up and LLC to better separate my business expenses from my personal expenses. But I am unsure, if I should set up one LLC to handle my business expenses or set up 2 LLCs. I plan to BUY and HOLD a lot more properties in the future. Any suggestions or recommendations would be great. I do plan to talk with my attorney before making any final decisions.

Thanks @Mike Mosee  I will definitely look into that.  I am actually currently living in North Bend, Oregon.  We should connect sometime.
