What happened to Brandon? Suddenly after episode 500 he’s just gone.

So I’m renting right now and so tired of making somebody else rich. My wife and I like our house but very soon need something bigger. My landlord also owns the house right next door. We’re thinking about trying to ask our landlord if he’d sell both houses to us. I feel like it’d be a good way to get started but I’m not sure if my landlord would go for it. I would offer 100k for each. I pay $895 and my neighbors pay $1,000.

I guess I’m looking for ideas for how to best go about making the offer.

I'm not going to be able to make it to tomorrows meeting.  Next month I work on the 15th so hopefully the meeting will be on the 8th?  See you all then.

I do hope to be able to attend the meeting in December.  I now have a lot more time on my hands.  I am very proud to be able to say that I passed the National Registry Paramedic test yesterday.  I spent the last year in paramedic school with 300 hours of clinical time in the hospital, 300 hours of student ride time on the ambulance, and countless hours studying.  I have been an EMT at Hardin County EMS for 3 years and now after a lot of hard work and time away from my family I am a Paramedic!  I do love my job but unfortunately it just will not provide the quality of life for my family that I want to give them and they deserve.  One great thing about my job is the 24/48 shift so it will be so much easier than any normal 40 hour/week job to get involved in investing.  Now that I have this goal accomplished I am looking forward to learning all I can about real estate investing.  My wife and I are currently renting (making someone else rich) and within 6 months my next goal is to buy a home for my family.  Next step, we are going to start buying single family houses and multi family apartment buildings with an occasional flip so I can retire from EMS within 10 years and give my family the life they deserve.

I will do my best to be there.  I work that day but if I'm available I will show up.

Thanks Allen Bishop Jr.

I'd like information on KREIA if you wouldn't mind.  As much as I'd like to go to some meetings and even become a member I won't be able to until May though because I start school next month and will be extremely busy with that.  As soon as I'm finished though I wan't to continue learning as much as possible about real estate investing.  This site and their podcast has already been a wealth of knowledge for me.

Thanks.  Great advice.
