I recently quit my dead end job, I've been studying real estate for the last 6 months now I feel I need to take some actions. My first path way into real estate is whole selling deals I just need to know what should be my first step I know I have to find motivated sellers then get a deal under contract and find buyers. I want to know exactly how I go about it

The most difficult part about wholesaling is to find good deals. Many wholesalers out there push out crap deals and don't go anywhere. If you are a wholesaler who has good deals then the investors will flock to you.

Focus on finding good deals.
