Erania Brackett I clicked contact but it is private so I could not send you my agents info. However, I did speak with her and let her know you would like to contact her. Let me know how I can get you the info.
Hello All, We will be starting an investors group in Baldwin County. I have recently purchased a building and it is undergoing renovations. I plan on hosting investor events here. It is located in loxley. I plan on the first event being held in October. This will be a learning and networking group. It will not be a sell your product or yourself in front of an audience group. Also, I am very nervous but believe in the power of this community. If you would like more info please let me know!

Anybody on here interested in the Baldwin county area and wanting to network? I am. I have a place we can come together and have networking events. I am serious about it and looking for others who are ready to gather in the next 3 months.

I have investors wanting to partner with us because we are gaining some attention in our real estate LLC. I just wanted to hear some ideas of how investors are structuring deals with partners. Keep in mind I own the company, manage the projects and have a set team to do construction. Also, I don't need additional investors to maintain our current track. But I would like to grow a little faster. Hit me with your best deal structures!

William, I tend to agree with J here. It seems as if you were project manager so it would be your fault. But everyone who puts their neck out to do real estate runs a risk of getting their heads chopped off. So the owner and GC are at fault as well. But instead of figuring out who is to blame I think you're right in putting this message out there and learning. It shows growth beyond one single situation. Best of luck. I understand the difficulties of not meeting timelines. It's going to happen in our business. Chris
Erania Brackett I have a good company that I use here in Baldwin county for my flips. I would be glad to give my agents number so she can take care of you.

Bryan Wallace I looked at the flood map for the area and it was hard to really tell. The drywall has been but out form the bottom in most rooms but there is no mold and I was told by a neighbor that it has only flooded once in the past few years.
