I’m a Real Estate agent and I want to start working with Investors but I’m not sure where to start. The goal for me is to partner with the investors and my value would be managing the flips or rehabs and finding someone for the property. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys 👋 I just became licensed mid March and would love your guy’s opinion. I’m currently getting great support already from my Team (commission split is 70/30 with broker until I cap at 8.5k and 50/50 first ten deals with my team. After 10 it turns into 75/25.) and great leads, the only thing I need to do is work on time management. Anyone have any recommendations on how I can best manage my time? Thank you in advance
