Hi Leo I am in NYC as well. I am actually having the same issue as you are. I started looking in the Newburgh area. Although the city of Newburgh has a lot of opportunities the city still has a long long way to go. So I started looking at the TOWN of Newburgh (just found out that the city and town are two different areas). You should be able to find something within your price range. Good luck

Thanks Nick, Question for you. Did you purchase the essentials course only or did you purchase the extreme package(I think that's the name of it)? If you only purchased the essentials course was that all you need in your opinion? Thanks

I signed up to market Renatus' educational program.  I've been marketing it haphazardly since October of 2015.  I recently decided to stop marketing it because I have no interest in do that. But I was ready to purchase the educational program until I recently found this site and now I am even more confused lol.  SO I have a lot of researching to do and not a lot of time to do it because I wanna get started ASAP. I will say this though I like the way Renatus packages its educational program.  it is step up systematically and not all over the place where you have to find what you are looking for.
