hello i am a season investor in california.

just contact the hard money lender directly they will send you info for you to complete. application  purchase price and after repair value etc ken

the second idea  is that if you have personal credit cards with a balance transfer usually at 0 percent interest.  and a 3 % transaction fee. we do this all time   for short term ken

question you need to ask to yourself how much are the houses selling in your area and how is the real estate market in your area first.   start watching you tube video on real estate investing   this is free      . ken letourneau

As a Investor for nearly 25 years in california  iI am amazed how people are so stuck on a certain price on their rental.   when i rent my properties and this is in the desert areas of california small towns i list price lower than any other investor   in the area  and i sent out post cards to the people whoi lived in the area. i always get my property rented in 3 days max.

remmeber this is your house and your money  nobody else  so sometimes you need to help your propery manager out in marketing your house.
