arkansas tax deed investing

i am a full time investor in california and would am considering doing tax ldeed investing in arkansas.

question is when you buy the property at the tax deed sale  is the  city code violations wiped out that are showing on title  at the tax lien.

here in california the code violations are not wiped out so i trying to find out in arkansas
