i would also recommend buying a list of local tenants in the area and doing a small mailing to them that you have a rental for  rent.  always be pro active. you dont need a empty house out their .

thanks i live in california now and am a full time investor in california . i was reading that since i live out of state  i need a registered agent in the state of missouri .  i am still stuck on this .  please help thanks ken letourneau

Hello I am starting to invest in the tax lien in missouri . has anybody purchased tax liens in missouri  who lives out of state. 

i live in california and their appears to be different rules for people who live in other state and buys in missouri

Hello i am a full time investor in california and am branching out slowly to missouri for tax liens.

Has anybody bought a tax lien in missouri.   because i was reading i need a local sponsor for the purchase of the tax lien 

any information would be very helpful

yes i have  bidded  on hubzu which is another reo auction.   since i live in california  their is alot of competion so this website is not the greatest for deals since so much competion.

Thanks for the question. as a 20 year real estate investor in california.  i learned the hard way.

I would run to the hills away and only buy a house after  you know the neighborhood exactly . 

not rely on anybody except your research.
