i take the earnings from a collection of mortgages we call a mortgage pool and what i would do is take the earnings from 200,000 mortgages that make up the mortgage pool and i would model who gets paid what and when according to a formula my problem is i don't know what this job is called 

I HAVE YET TO MEET A RENOVATOR WHO KNOWS WHAT HOME FEATURES ADD some form of resale value to the subject property before we can get to the ARV we first need to know the resale value of each amenity of the house based on a list of factors to be consider that may affect the potential returns rather those returns break even with the cost negative returns or in some cases positive returns when going to resale your renovated property construction project

What is mortgage securitizer? this was a question i am researching it's about a situation when some company or indivisual(s) takes the earnings from home borrowers and structures the earnings in a way that creates an investment called a Residential Mortgage Backed Security that is sold as shares in a bond class or shares in perhaps a stock within a mutual fund or hedge fund in some cases it could be Commercial Mortgage Backed Security from a collection of similar mortgages called a mortgage pool problem is im not sure how the earnings are divided into the tranches and im confused as to how the construction company gets paid

anyways im worried i will just end up wasting my time and money through trail and error going from one real estate mortgage related school to the next you see i am trying to get experience to be a mortgage underwriter for mortgage pools and learn about the servicing of mortgage pools but the problem is the lack of training to those who have instructors who clearly have very little knowledge despite the critism i will recieve they lack the proper understanding of how documents are created and the function of the varies kinds of documents that are created

the power of attorney mentions something about someone signing papers on your behalf it's like robo signing

and or assigns on a purchase contract or a seperate document called the assignment contract which you can draft up with an attorney that you can find at your local title company

Hi My Name Is Kenneth J Wiley thank you for taking the time to read my cv

I am actively Searching for small companies to help me grow in the real estate industry by financing my NMLS licensure as well as any FINRA # series exam and training materials such as study guides for FINRA # exams i am mostly interested in gaining valuable information that will be useful in the mortgage underwriting industry.

My concerns are the following

Myself being employed by Mortgage companies that are involved in fraudulent business transaction, and the lack of the required documentation to approve some mortgage program,

As for my interest I have been actively researching how to get involved in real estate transactions since I was 16 years old and I figured through my experience that some of the best ways to get involved in the real estate industry is to learn how mortgages are finance along with varies kinds of bonds issued by federal state or local government such as small corporation.
