Post: are sold prices on zillow accurate?

These Comments are really helpful, but I am having trouble with the accuracy of zillow's sold prices, or at least understanding how some of their sold prices are generated. For example a neighborhood can have a 3/2 1200 sqft home that sold for 72K and then another 3/2 1100 sqft  in the same area sold for 52M. I'm pretty sure there is a simple explanation for this, but I haven't made sense out of it, can someone help me understand it? And provide any suggestions on how to get the best and most accurate "sold" prices for property comparisons?

I'm looking for some good advice on building a solid buyers list. I prefer experienced based suggestions on how to create a decent buyers list.

@Jeff Filali I was reading that some people were saying that having a licenses and wholesaling is more of a hassle than wholesaling without a license. Do you know if that is true or false?

Recently, I ran across information about Wholesaling, and I took an immediate interest in it. I have learned a lot about it through blogs youtube and google searching so far and can say that my interests has grown even more. I am interested in possibly beginning wholesaling in Alabama, but I am new to the real estate world and have very little information about Real estate in the state of Alabama, especially when it comes to wholesaling. Can anyone let me know if it’s legal to practice wholesaling in Alabama? And can anyone provide more information about wholesaling based off experiences?
