Building a buyers list
I'm looking for some good advice on building a solid buyers list. I prefer experienced based suggestions on how to create a decent buyers list.

Go to the Wholesaling forum and there is a "sticky Post" at the top on finding buyers.
If you have access to the MLS search for recent sales that were cash deals. Go to auctions, the buyers there are cash buyers that buy without inspections.
