@Andre Taylor Solid! Thanks a lot. I grew up in a C area as well that’s why I want to get the property. I went to give that in some way. I have been getting negative feedback on getting the property saying “people wouldn’t want to live in this area”. The area is not bad it’s just the surrounding houses that brings it down in my opinion.

@Dennis M. I don’t mind it personally, just trying to get people in the house is my main concern.

@Bjorn Ahlblad The neighborhood isn’t that bad in my opinion but i just don’t think the average person would move there if they saw the surroundings.

Hey, would you rent out a house in a bad neighborhood? If so, what should I look out for? If not, why wouldn’t you?

Hey I want to buy my first investment property but I've realized it might take awhile since I'm also saving up for some other things. I want to know would it be a good idea to buy an adjudicated property since they are kind of cheap. Is this a good or bad idea? And why?
