My family and I move to Murrieta last year. You have some great goals and are already steps ahead. I am a newbie as well and ready to get to work! Murrieta, Temecula, the Inland Empire has great potential for growth. @Adam Powell and @Kris Spencer we should definitely get coffee and talk real estate in the near future.
